1. Acceptance of terms

By using atmanapp.eu or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree — don't use the site and don't submit your email.

2. What ATMAN is

ATMAN is a wellness application in development. An AI Life Navigator across 8 spheres of life. It helps you see the structure of your life and move toward change through adaptive guidance.

This site is the waitlist for the future product launch. The product itself is not yet available.

3. This is NOT a medical service

ATMAN is a wellness tool, not a medical or psychotherapeutic service. We do not diagnose, treat, or prevent diseases. We do not provide individual psychological or medical care.

If you have signs of depression, an anxiety disorder, suicidal thoughts, or another serious condition — please contact a licensed specialist in your country. Crisis line contacts are available in the footer of our site.

Any content and recommendations ATMAN will provide after launch are informational and do not replace professional consultation.

4. Age

The product is intended for people 18 years of age or older. By subscribing, you confirm that you are already 18.

5. Your responsibilities

• You provide a truthful email address that you have access to.
• You don't use the site for illegal purposes or to violate others' rights.
• You don't attempt to circumvent technical protections or gain unauthorized access.

6. What we promise (and what we don't)

What we promise:

• Send a launch notification to your email.
• The ability to unsubscribe at any time.
• Protection of your data per our Privacy Policy.

What we don't promise:

• A specific product launch date. We plan to launch, but exact timing may change.
• Specific results from using the future product. The effect depends on your participation and individual situation.
• Uninterrupted 24/7 site operation. Temporary technical interruptions are possible.

7. Founding offer

Waitlist subscribers receive an offer for early access and a locked-in price ($39/year instead of $99 after release), conditional on an active subscription. This offer is valid while the waitlist is open and may be changed or terminated before product launch at our discretion.

Detailed terms of Founding access will be published before product launch.

8. Intellectual property

All site materials (texts, images, design, logo, product structure) are the property of ATMAN. Use without written consent is prohibited.

You retain all rights to your email and any data you provide to us.

9. Limitation of liability

The site and the information on it are provided «as is.» We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising in connection with the use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. gross negligence, intent, mandatory consumer protection).

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new update date. By continuing to use the site after changes, you agree to the updated version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. All disputes are resolved in accordance with the applicable law of the jurisdiction where ATMAN's operating entity is registered (planned: Estonia).
