Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ATMAN APP («we», «our», «us») is a wellness application, an AI Life Navigator across 8 spheres. This site (atmanapp.eu) collects email addresses for the launch waitlist.

2. What we collect

Through the site form we collect:

  • Email address — required, used to send product notifications.
  • Interface language (Russian, Ukrainian, English) — to send letters in the right language.
  • Referral source (UTM parameters) — to understand where you came from.
  • Sign-up date.

Through web analytics (Plausible) we collect aggregated statistics:

  • Anonymous page visits (no cookies, no cross-site tracking).
  • Traffic source, country (country-level, not precise geolocation).
  • Device and browser type.

We do not collect: sensitive health data, political views, biometrics, precise location, payment card data.

3. Why we collect this

  • To notify you when the product launches.
  • To send updates about development progress and product news (with one-click unsubscribe).
  • To offer early access, special pricing, and other benefits to waitlist members.
  • To understand which acquisition channels work (via UTM).

Legal basis (under GDPR): your consent given at the moment of form submission (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Who we share data with

We use the following service providers for data processing:

  • Mailerlite (EU residency) — email list storage and sending. Their Privacy Policy.
  • Plausible Analytics (EU) — anonymous web analytics. Their Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel Inc. (USA, with EU data residency for our project) — site hosting and form API processing. Server logs (IP, time) are kept for 30 days. Their Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Transfers to third countries: some providers may store data outside the EU (e.g. in the US). In such cases, protection is ensured through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the European Commission.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Email and related subscription data — until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or up to 3 years of inactivity (from the date of the last email you opened).
  • Web analytics (Plausible) — aggregated, not linked to you personally, kept indefinitely.

6. Your rights (under GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Erase your data (right to be forgotten).
  • Restrict processing in certain cases.
  • Receive a copy of data in a machine-readable format (portability).
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with your country's data protection supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and tracking

The site does not use cookies for tracking. Plausible web analytics works without cookies and does not track visitors across sites.

Locally in your browser we may store minimal technical data (e.g. selected language) via localStorage — this is not transmitted to our servers.

If we add advertising cookies in the future (e.g. Meta Pixel for Meta ads), we will show an explicit consent banner before installing them.

8. Children

Our product is intended for people 18+. We do not knowingly collect data of people under 16 (the GDPR minimum age of consent in most EU countries).

If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Data security

We use standard protection measures: HTTPS encryption, restricted database access, trusted providers with ISO 27001 / SOC 2 certifications (Mailerlite, Vercel). API tokens are stored as server-side environment variables and never exposed in public site code.

That said, no system is 100% protected. In the event of a data breach that could harm you, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by GDPR.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. For material changes, we will notify subscribers by email. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
